Roxy's Terms and conditions

1.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Roxy 24 vending machines & website. By completing the payment process you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & conditions.

2.

The monthly or annual membership periods commence immediately upon membership being accepted and is calculated from that date for each calendar month thereinafter.

3.

Your monthly or annual membership payment will automatically be renewed for your convenience at each successive membership period, without prior notice to you unless and until you cancel your membership, or we terminate it. You must cancel your membership prior to the renewal date in order to avoid the automatic renewal.

4.

Monthly and annual membership can be cancelled at any time at the machine. Refunds will not be given for cancellations part-way through the membership period.

5.

Roxy 24 cannot be held responsible for banking charges incurred due to membership payments failing on your account.

6.

DVD's & Games must be handled with care. If the sticker is removed or damaged in the centre of the DVD/Game, the machine will not accept the return of the title and you will be charged the RRP of £25 for that title.

7.

By renting a Title through the Roxy 24 machine, you positively assert that you are at least 18years of age or older and that the credit or debit card you are using is legally issued to you. If you are under 18years of age you may use this machine only with the supervision of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse to allow any customer to use this machine for any reason.

8.

Roxy24 will not be held responsible by the customers for any loss of service outside of our control. No refunds or credits will be provided for loss of service.

9.

All DVDs and Games remain the sole property of Roxy24 at all time and must not be sold, leased or copied.

10.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our service without notice and reserve the right from time to time, with our without notice to change these terms and conditions at our sole discretion. Your use of the Roxy24 services, after these changes have been made mean that you agree to be bound by such changes.
