Ad-Hoc support
The services we can offer include (but are not limited to) :-
- Hardware supply, installation, configuration, integration and maintenance.
- Hardware fault diagnosis, repair and upgrade.
- Operating system supply, installation and upgrade.
- Workstation software application supply, installation and configuration.
- Networking (wireless or cabled), WANs, LANs shared Internet access and VPN's between branch offices or between home/office.
- Installation of backup software and hardware, user training and disaster recovery testing.
- Security audit of your network/systems, installation of firewalls, anti-virus/anti-spam/anti-spyware software, together with defining and implementing [group policies].
- Automatic updating of Windows workstations with Microsoft critical software updates.
- Desktop application installation, configuration and user training.
- Domain registration, configuration and aintenance.
- E-mail server/client (ie Microsoft Exchange Server/Microsoft Outlook) configuration, monitoring and maintenance, with integration of e-mail to your mobile phone/PDA/laptop computer.
- Web Site design, construction, monitoring and maintenance.
- Supply and install server database products such as MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server.
Our fees for ad-hoc support are:
- Call out fee of £75.00, which covers the first hour on site.
- £50.00 hour for each subsequent hour either on or off-site to a maximum of:-
- £350.00 per day
